Area: UK – Field Based

The Role

This is a hands-on, patient-facing sales role for someone who already understands vascular access or interventional care and wants to take that expertise into a commercial career with real earning potential and genuine autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning a defined territory and being accountable for hitting agreed sales and margin goals within it
  • Getting to know the hospitals in your patch inside out - who the decision makers are, what they need, and how best to reach them
  • Regular time on the ground in theatre and outpatient settings, backing clinicians as they adopt and use the product range
  • Turning relationships with consultants, nurses and procurement teams into long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Feeding back what you are seeing in the market to colleagues in product and marketing, so plans stay grounded in reality
  • Running short training sessions with clinical staff so trials and product rollouts land properly
  • Keeping a genuine handle on what is moving in the specialism and in the NHS more broadly, and adjusting your approach as things shift
  • Playing a part in identifying and building relationships with respected voices in the vascular access field

About You

  • A relevant life sciences or healthcare degree, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on field sales experience in vascular access or interventional devices - this is non-negotiable
  • Genuine comfort in an interventional setting, such as theatre or radiology
  • The confidence to hold your own with consultants and NHS stakeholders
  • A clear track record of hitting or beating sales targets
  • Sharp communication and relationship-building instincts
  • New product launch experience is a bonus
  • Prior experience engaging key opinion leaders is a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence, and genuinely happy to be on the road regularly

The Package

  • Up to £70,000 neg
  • Quarterly bonus scheme / OTE circa £20K
  • Generous monthly car allowance
