TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – DENTAL IMPLANTS
London & Southern England
Field-Based Role | New Business Development
Location
Candidates may be based anywhere within London or Southern England, with the flexibility to travel throughout the territory.
Package
Highly competitive remuneration package designed to attract high-performing sales professionals, together with an attractive uncapped commission structure and genuine long-term career progression within a rapidly expanding international business. As Inserta continues to grow, so too will the opportunities for those who grow with the company.
The Opportunity
Inserta is one of Europe's most exciting emerging dental implant companies, with ambitious international growth plans and a clear vision for the future of implant dentistry. Having successfully established its presence within the UK dental implant market, the company has expanded rapidly across Italy and is now accelerating its growth into Spain. Inserta is also progressing through the FDA approval process as part of its wider international expansion strategy.
Inserta is increasingly earning the confidence of experienced implant clinicians. Its innovative implant solutions, advanced digital workflows, exceptional clinical education and outstanding technical support are helping to build a loyal community of clinicians who see Inserta as one of the industry's most promising emerging companies.
This is a genuine opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its growth and play a key role in developing Inserta's presence across London and Southern England.
The Role
This is not a traditional account management position. We are looking for a dynamic, field-based sales professional who thrives on developing new business, creating opportunities and building long-term partnerships with customers.
The most successful people in this role do not simply wait for opportunities to appear—they recognise them before others do. They listen carefully, ask intelligent questions, understand each customer's individual needs and identify gaps within existing workflows, turning those conversations into long-term commercial relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
