Territory Sales Manager | UK & Ireland | Dental Imaging
I’m currently working with Vatech UK, a global leader in dental CBCT, as they continue to grow their commercial team across the UK & Ireland.
They are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the territory, develop distributor partnerships and drive revenue growth across the market.
The role will involve:
- Developing and executing the UK & Ireland territory strategy
- Managing, developing and training distributor/dealer partners
- Conducting product demonstrations, presentations and evaluations
- Managing opportunities from lead generation through to close
- Supporting tenders and procurement processes
- Delivering product, sales and user training
- Building strong relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity, pipeline and forecasting

The ideal profile:
- 3–5 years’ successful field sales experience
- Medical device, dental or capital equipment experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with distributors or channel partners
- Strong presentation, demonstration and training skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively

Dental imaging experience would be highly advantageous, particularly CBCT, panoramic or intraoral imaging, although strong medical device or capital equipment sales experience will also be considered.
