Territory Sales Manager

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and helping improve animal health? We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence across your territory and support customers with products and solutions they can trust.

About Dechra

Dechra is an international pharmaceutical business dedicated to veterinary medicines and animal health. Our products support the wellbeing of companion animals and livestock, and our teams work together across countries and functions to serve veterinary professionals and their customers.

What will you do?

As Territory Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a territory plan to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Build lasting relationships with veterinary practices, clinics, wholesalers, and other relevant customers, identifying their needs and providing appropriate product information and support.
  • Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and technical teams to help strengthen customer engagement and contribute to the growth of Dechra’s portfolio.

Who are you?

You are commercially minded, organised, and confident in building relationships with a wide range of customers. You enjoy working independently while contributing to a collaborative team, and you are motivated to deliver sustainable results. In addition, you recognise yourself in the profile below:

  • You have sales experience in a field-based role, ideally within animal health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
  • You can plan and manage a territory effectively, prioritise opportunities, and work towards sales targets.
  • You communicate clearly and can present product information in a professional, customer-focused way.
  • You are skilled at developing customer relationships, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • You are comfortable using sales reporting tools and CRM systems to manage customer activity and monitor performance.
  • You hold a full, valid driving licence and are willing to travel regularly within the territory.
