Are you a driven field sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business and developing high-performing channel partnerships?
Our client is looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of growth across the UK & Ireland for a leading global dental technology business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional sales role. You’ll combine territory management, distributor development, consultative selling, clinical demonstrations, training and strategic account growth to build revenue and market share across the region.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Own and execute a territory growth strategy across the UK & Ireland
- Develop, onboard and manage high-quality distributor/dealer partnerships
- Train and coach distributor sales teams on products, positioning and sales processes
- Conduct joint customer visits, demonstrations, presentations and evaluations
- Manage opportunities from lead generation through to close, including tenders and procurement

Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ successful field sales experience (ideally in dental)
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing distributors, dealers or channel partners
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling ability
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Experience in dental/medical devices, capital equipment or dental imaging would be highly advantageous.
