Backed by a strong product portfolio and a commitment to innovation, the business is continuing to invest in its UK commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in dental implants, digital dentistry, or the wider dental industry who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and acting as a trusted partner to customers.
The Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a high-potential region, managing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed territory sales targets through strategic account management and business development activities.
- Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Identify, target, and convert new customer opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to maximise market penetration and revenue growth.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and operations to enhance customer experience.
- Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and educational programmes within the territory.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and trade exhibitions.
- Leverage educational and training events to strengthen customer engagement and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product, clinical, and market knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Utilise CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track activity, pipeline performance, and market opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
