£35,000 Basic | £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped) | £600 Monthly Car Allowance + Outstanding Benefits
Looking for a field sales role you'll actually enjoy?
Not all field sales roles are the same. We're recruiting for one of the UK's most respected organisations supporting small businesses. They have an outstanding reputation, a genuinely supportive culture and a long history of developing successful careers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced field sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing their own territory and winning new business through a consultative approach.
You don't need experience selling memberships. We're much more interested in your ability to manage a territory, develop a strong pipeline, build long-term client relationships and confidently take opportunities from first conversation through to close.
You could currently be working in financial services, professional services, business services, insurance, telecoms or another B2B environment where success comes from understanding customers, building trust and providing the right solution.
You'll spend your time meeting local business owners, understanding the challenges they face and introducing services that can make a genuine difference to their businesses.
You'll also have the freedom to manage your own diary, work from home when you're not out meeting customers and take real ownership of developing your territory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
