About the Role
Exciting new opportunity to work as a Pharmacy Territory Manager. In this role you will be in charge of maximizing the pharmacy sales of the Company’s Dermo cosmetic brands in the designated region.
You will be a real ambassador of the Company’s brands, ensuring great pharmacy store activation, building customer relationships and recruiting new accounts.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and someone who enjoys a challenge. You will be passionate, proactive, have excellent commercial and negotiation skills, and a strong interest in skincare.
This role reports to the Pharmacy Field Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the daily management of your Pharmacy accounts aligning to brand and business objectives.
- Review sales and range performance on a regular basis, in partnership with your pharmacy customers.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximise the potential of each account and maintain joint business plans with key accounts.
- Respect business commercial terms and adopt a ‘return on investment’ mindset.
- Master your product knowledge, so you can easily communicate with passion.
- Complete customer facing activities including In-store events and staff product training as required.
- Support field-based projects as and when required.
- Open new accounts following prospecting or customer requests.
- Daily transmit the day's purchase orders.
- Manage monthly samples (and their tracking) and the allocation of POS materials.
- Inform the company of feedback from healthcare professionals regarding the products.
- Forward any medical/scientific questions to the relevant department.
- Report any quality issues in products that you become aware of.
- Comply with all legal provisions of the Company.

The Person / Experience
- 3+ years of successful sales experience from a relevant FMCG category
- Experience working in Dermatology, Emollient or Dermo cosmetics would be an advantage
- Results-focused and resilient
- Commercial acumen
- Able to work in an autonomous way
- Flexibility
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in English - written and verbal
- Proficient user of IT business systems, in particular, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full UK driving licence - essential
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Business-related subject - preferred but is not essential
