Veni Vidi Medical is expanding its sales team, and we’re looking for motivated people who are excited to help shape our next chapter.
Who we are
We’re an independent, family-run ophthalmic business spanning two generations, combining personal service with a passion for innovation in eye care.
Working with specialist manufacturers including FCI and SERVImed, we supply NHS and private healthcare providers with a broad portfolio across oculoplastics, lacrimal surgery, dry eye, corneal and vitreoretinal care.

Your role will include:
- Identifying prospects, opening new accounts and delivering sales growth.
- Developing relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and procurement.
- Providing product demonstrations, supporting evaluations, and delivering clinical training.
- Building a focused territory plan, with clear priorities and consistent follow-through.
- Bringing our portfolio to life in clinics, theatres, and at industry events.
Who we’re looking for
Someone with energy, initiative, and the determination to make things happen. You enjoy meeting people, asking the right questions, and earning their trust—and you’re confident pursuing new business.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in medical device sales, with exposure to surgical or theatre environments.
- A track record of winning business and developing customer relationships.
- Strong organisation, commercial awareness, and personal accountability.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
