A leading global manufacturer is seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join its growing sales team, covering the Cambridge and Ipswich region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with a strong reputation, premium products and clear opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing market share across your territory through the sale of industry-leading capital equipment and associated services. This is a home-based position with regular travel throughout the region, managing your own diary and customer portfolio.

- Identify and win new business opportunities across the territory.
- Follow up and convert qualified leads provided by the business, while proactively generating additional opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Sell both new and used forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and material handling solutions to customers across a variety of industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B new business sales.
- Experience selling material handling equipment, industrial equipment, engineering solutions, or other technical products.
- A motivated, target-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Resilient, ambitious and focused on delivering results.
