Territory Sales Manager – Acute Care (Maternity Cover - 12 months)

Join Stryker and help healthcare providers improve patient outcomes through innovative patient transport and handling solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while supporting hospitals and healthcare professionals with market-leading products that enhance patient safety, caregiver wellbeing, and operational efficiency. As part of a high-performing sales team, you will play a key role in expanding customer partnerships and delivering impactful solutions across your territory.

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales growth by promoting patient transport and handling products to NHS and private healthcare customers.
  • Manage the full capital equipment sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to contract award and implementation.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales targets and key performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement, and executive stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to increase product awareness and market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer activity records, and account plans using company systems.
  • Represent Stryker at industry events, exhibitions, customer meetings, and professional conferences.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B/B2C sales role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work within the assigned territory and travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with NHS organizations and/or private healthcare providers.

Additional Information

  • Field-based role with regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Frequent customer-facing activities, including meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Participation in internal sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and industry events required.
  • Company car or car allowance provided in line with role requirements.
  • Additional tools provided, including mobile phone, tablet, and laptop.

United Kingdom Pay Ranges:

United Kingdom: £38,600 - £64,300 GBP Annual
