Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Northern Region

Location: Head Office just outside Milton Keynes / Covering north of UK

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure growth and profitability of the UK subsidiary

Reports To: The Managing Director

To aid the growth of THERA-Trainer, we’re recruiting a new Regional Sales Manager to support our business in the UK.

You will …

  • Make a real difference to the lives of patients, by giving them the tools to recover faster, get better results and get their lives back.
  • Be working with professional clients, such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and ICU clinicians who will appreciate the design and ease of use of our equipment.
  • Be hands on closing sales, supporting customers and working on strategic sales opportunities together with the MD as well as our colleagues in Germany.
  • Get the best support from our German HQ. We have more than 30 years of experience in international business, a proven marketing strategy and successful sales tools. Our customers love our high-quality products. You will also get in-depth product training during your onboarding – and we will make sure that you are given all the support you need to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will be…

  • To promote, demonstrate and sell our range of high-end neurorehabilitation products to both private and professional customers throughout the South of the UK.
  • Networking in potential market areas to generate new business leads.
  • Promote the brand at trade shows and events to build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the various disabilities of our customers.
  • Handle stock by unpacking and checking equipment, loading and unloading the van for deliveries (This requires lifting the equipment on a daily basis).
  • Equipment collection, delivery, handover and training to customers.
  • Customer service and after-sales care.
  • Follow-up and closing sales leads of demos carried out, when required.

  • Permanent, full time position
