Own Our Home Territory. Win Great Customers. Make Your Mark.

Round Corner Brewing was founded in 2018 and has quickly built a reputation as an award-winning independent brewery. With production capacity expanding, we have a clear two-year goal: to become the brewery of choice within a 60-mile radius of Melton Mowbray.

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who wants to play a key role in achieving it. This is a genuine growth role. You will inherit an established customer base to maintain and develop, but your primary focus will be opening doors, winning profitable new accounts and creating lasting commercial growth.

Your Mission

Build Round Corner Brewing’s presence across our core trading area by winning new customers, increasing distribution and visibility and becoming the face of the brewery within your territory.

You will spend most of your time out in trade: meeting prospects, understanding what matters to their business and converting opportunities into long-term customers across pubs, bars, restaurants, independent retailers and premium hospitality venues.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Win targeted, profitable new on-trade and independent retail accounts across your territory.
  • Grow existing customers by increasing distribution, visibility, range and rate of sale.
  • Build and execute a focused territory plan that puts your time against the highest-value opportunities.
  • Plan efficient customer meetings and maintain a consistent rhythm of face-to-face selling.
  • Spot gaps in distribution, open doors and turn prospects into sustainable long-term accounts.
  • Own a healthy sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records and use data to prioritise activity and forecast performance.
  • Represent Round Corner Brewing with energy and credibility at customer meetings, trade events and festivals, while working closely with the wider commercial team.
  • Deliver against clear monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience in drinks, hospitality supply or FMCG and an understanding of the on-trade would be a strong advantage. Beer knowledge is helpful but commercial capability, curiosity and the motivation to help customers and grow the business matter more.
