Territory Sales Manager – Scotland

Up to £57,000 basic + 25% bonus + choice of company car + up to 7% pension

Home-based | Scotland territory | Manufacturing & OEM

We are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the Scottish market, selling cutting tool solutions into manufacturing businesses and OEMs across multiple sectors, including aerospace, defence, engineering, energy, and transportation.

This is a sales-focused role, and you do not need to be technically qualified or have previous cutting tool experience. We are looking for someone with a strong B2B sales background who is confident developing existing accounts, winning new business, and building relationships with manufacturing and OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Develop new business across Scotland
  • Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and key decision-makers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and increase market share
  • Conduct regular customer visits and manage the sales process
  • Work with internal technical teams to provide the right customer solutions
  • Manage your pipeline and sales activity through CRM

About You

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling a solution into manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or defence
  • Strong new business and account management skills
  • Commercially driven and confident dealing with customers
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willing to travel throughout Scotland
