Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Thoracic & Cardiac Surgery
Location:
East Midlands, Bedfordshire, Northampton & Cambridgeshire
Overview:
The Sales Specialist will play a key role supporting Thoracic / Cardiac Surgery across the East Midlands and North Home Counties, promoting advanced solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device sales, particularly within thoracic surgery, and a strong passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives within the designated area.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts and potential clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned area.
- Develop and execute plans to expand the customer base and market presence.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company.
