The Opportunity

Our client, the aesthetic devices division of a global healthcare group, is hiring its first dedicated Territory Manager for the Midlands. The territory carries an established account base and significant untapped new business across the region. The role sells high-value capital devices and consumables to dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and private clinic owners in the self-pay aesthetics market.

The Role

Reporting to the UK Country Manager, this is a home-based individual contributor role, worked in the field across the territory and supported by marketing, clinical and commercial teams.

What the role owns

  • Full revenue responsibility for the Midlands territory
  • Capital sales of energy-based aesthetic devices to new and existing accounts
  • New business development through prospecting, cold outreach and referrals
  • Consumable revenue growth across the installed base
  • Cross-sell, installations and business reviews within existing accounts
  • Clinical presentations, training workshops, user meetings and trade shows across the territory

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
