Territory Manager, Aesthetic Devices

UK Midlands | Home-based field role | Travel up to 75%

The Opportunity

The aesthetic devices business of a global healthcare group is hiring a Territory Manager for the UK Midlands, a newly created role. The job is to grow the business across the region, opening new accounts among dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and private practice owners and developing the established accounts already there. It is a seat for someone who wants a patch to build and the freedom to work it their own way, with marketing, clinical, and commercial support behind them.

The Role

The title is Territory Manager, reporting to the UK Country Manager. An individual contributor seat, home-based, and on the road across Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Northampton, and the surrounding areas.

What the role owns

  • The territory's capital and consumable revenue number, carried end to end
  • The new business plan, worked through cold calling, prospecting, and tailored introductions
  • Growth of existing accounts, with consumable utilisation raised and cross-sell into additional devices
  • Clinical and technical presentations to physicians, practice managers, and larger groups
  • Workshops, user meetings, and trade show presence in the territory
  • The weekly forecast and the quarterly business plan

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

An established capital equipment seller who hunts new business and grows the accounts they install, comfortable carrying a number alone and on the road. Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager, the title matters less than the shape of the work. The role will not suit account managers who have not opened business themselves, sales leaders for whom a territory seat is a step back, or profiles without a capital number of their own.

Must Haves

  • Capital equipment sales with high-value devices closed personally, as distinct from consumables, services, or injectables alone
  • A territory revenue number of their own, carried as an individual contributor
  • New accounts opened through their own prospecting, rather than leads handed over
  • A home-based territory run alone, with diary and coverage self-directed
  • Based within daily reach of the Midlands, with up to 75% travel including overnight stays, as relocation is not an option
  • A full UK driving licence

Nice to Haves

  • Energy-based aesthetic devices sold into aesthetic practice, laser, radiofrequency, ultrasound, or light-based
  • Consumable revenue grown behind capital placements
  • Capital sold to private self-pay practice owners, dental, ophthalmic, or similar
  • A record of running workshops and user meetings that opened accounts or grew usage

The Growth

The business is growing its UK field team, and this territory is part of that investment. Every device placed adds a consumable stream behind it, so the territory compounds year on year for the person who builds it.
