The Role:
A growing healthcare technology business is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop sales across North England. The role will focus on prospecting, existing account development and engaging with IT and procurement stakeholders across NHS hospitals. You will demonstrate and integrate patient identification solutions, including printers, scanners and RFID technology, working closely with customers and third-party vendors to deliver effective solutions. The position involves 3-4 days on the road each week.

North of England.
Travel across the territory will be required.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience within the NHS or healthcare sector
- Experience selling into procurement and/or IT departments is a major advantage
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with a hands-on, product integration led approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Commercially driven, resilient and confident in developing new opportunities
The Package:
- up to £45,000 basic salary
- 20% commission, kickers taking it to a possible eye watering 120%, paid quarterly
- Company car, including electric/hybrid options
- 23 days' holiday, increasing to 26 with service
- Standard pension contribution
