Position: Territory Sales Manager for South Central of England
We are now seeking a Territory Sales Manager for South Central of England. The territory includes Hampshire, Buckingham, Isle of White, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, and Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop local business plans, secure formularies, and drive market share.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet annual sales, market share targets, and activity KPIs while managing budgets and territory data.
- Customer Engagement & Education: Build strong customer relationships, present medical information effectively, and manage territory events and meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and share best practices during Regional and National Sales Meetings.
- Administrative & CRM Management: Maintain CRM systems, plan schedules efficiently, and adhere strictly to company compliance and ethics policies.
- Professional Development: Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and continuously update clinical and personal selling skills.

Experience and Skills
- Experience within the NHS or wound care field is essential.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing customer interactions effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A full UK driving license
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Good time management skills

Travel Expectations
- This is a field-based role with regular travel across the region (approx. 4 days per week)
- Occasional national travel for meetings and conferences
What We Offer
- Competitive salary £36,000 - £38,000 plus bonus OTE £12,800
