Territory Sales Manager – Founding UK Team

Southern England

Salary DOE - Commission 50% - 100% of Base

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed tech company that is automating microscopic testing using AI and portable IoT hardware. By replacing slow laboratory processing with rapid, on-site sample analysis, their platform helps operators detect biological anomalies and apply immediate, targeted treatments.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a founding member of our UK sales function, you will manage the full sales cycle and help shape our clients commercial strategy. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Driving New Business: Identifying, qualifying, and winning high-value new business opportunities across the UK market.
  • Relationship Building: Prospecting and establishing long-term, high-rapport relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial cold outreach and discovery calls through to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Working alongside an ambitious, close-knit team to hit and exceed commercial targets.
  • Shaping the Function: Contributing fresh ideas, optimizing sales processes, and helping establish the foundation of our clients UK sales operations.

What You’ll Bring
