With more than three decades of experience in digital imaging, the business is in an important transformation phase, advancing their technical capabilities with AI-enabled imaging designed to integrate next-gen technology directly into clinical workflows to support detection, triage, prioritisation, and more efficient decision-making.
Their current growth and transformation are fuelled by continued success and investment into innovation. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Strategic Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined territory across the North East, working with healthcare providers to understand their imaging requirements and identify opportunities to modernise their radiography capabilities.

The Role
This is a new business development role in which you'll manage the full sales cycle, building relationships with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders and positioning a portfolio of established radiography and digital imaging solutions alongside a much broader vision for the future of medical imaging.
They’re a great team with an open and collaborative culture that’s agile and entrepreneurial, with plenty of freedom to test ideas, move quickly, and make an impact.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience selling radiography, X-ray, or wider medical imaging solutions
- Experience selling into radiology, radiography, or imaging departments
- A strong understanding of the UK healthcare market
- Existing relationships across healthcare organisations in the North East
- The ability to engage confidently with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong consultative sales skills
