About the role
This is a field-based role, with regular travel to retail stores and events within the region. Full UK driving licence is essential.
Working with Channel Assist, you’ll represent Roku across retail stores and events within your territory. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV, helping millions of people discover and enjoy the content they love. Its mission is to connect and benefit the global TV ecosystem, bringing together viewers, content publishers and advertisers.
You’ll build relationships with store teams, strengthen their product knowledge and improve brand visibility through engaging training, merchandising and content creation to help drive sales.
Compensation: Up to £32,000 per annum + 10% bonus + commercial vehicle + benefits
Key responsibilities
- Manage store visits and event activity across your territory, identifying opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Build relationships with retail teams, identify their learning needs and deliver product training and support in person and virtually.
- Ensure Roku products are well merchandised and seek opportunities to improve their positioning and visibility.
- Create engaging content for stores, brand portals and social platforms, including product tips, demonstrations and short interviews.
- Use branded vehicles to support local brand visibility.
- Provide accurate weekly reports on your activity, store initiatives and competitor activity affecting sales, with practical recommendations.
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in required meetings, events and training.

Essential skills and experience
Professional skills and experience
- Experience in retail sales, product promotion or a customer-facing role involving explaining products and supporting purchasing decisions.
- Ability to explain product benefits clearly and deliver engaging demonstrations, training or practical guidance.
- Basic understanding of retail merchandising and how product presentation and visibility support sales.
- Basic digital content creation skills, including written and visual content and short videos.
- Ability to plan activity across multiple locations, identify sales opportunities and produce accurate, timely reports.
- Confidence using digital reporting systems and virtual meeting tools.
- A valid UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Desirable skills and experience
- Experience selling or promoting consumer electronics, televisions or streaming products.
- Previous field sales, territory management or brand ambassador experience.
- Experience delivering product training or coaching retail colleagues.
- Previous responsibility for retail merchandising, displays or promotional events.
- Experience editing social videos, conducting interviews or creating content for brand portals.
