Role: Territory Sales Representative

Location: North UK

About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed? We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to work closely with veterinary practices across your territory, delivering tailored solutions that drive commercial growth and improve outcomes. This is a field-based role where you'll combine strong sales skills, business acumen, and customer partnership to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve territory sales targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices and key decision-makers.
  • Provide both face-to-face and virtual account support.
  • Deliver product training, business insights, and consultative solutions to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximise performance.
  • Leverage CRM data and market insights to drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Support product launches and promote innovative solutions across your territory.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience or a strong understanding of the veterinary industry.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Confidence in engaging customers and securing commitments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Desirable

  • Experience within Animal Health or Veterinary markets.
  • NOAH Certificate of Animal Health qualification.
