Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.

Requirements
- Proven experience in BMS project sales or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel within the south of the UK as required.
