Reports to: Head of Tech

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Role Overview

We're looking for a Test Analyst to own QA and testing across our digital platforms, customer journeys and wider technology estate. This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone who can work independently, bring structure and rigour to the testing process, and collaborate confidently with developers and internal stakeholders.

You don't need prior knowledge of our specific systems - we're looking for the right foundations, curiosity and attitude, and we'll support you in learning our platforms and processes as you grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

  • Own testing activities across new features, enhancements, integrations and releases
  • Review requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and test cases
  • Plan and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing, identifying edge cases and coverage gaps
  • Test key customer journeys - search, pricing, booking and checkout - across web, API and third-party integrations
  • Validate responsive behaviour across browsers and devices

Defect Management & Release

  • Own defect identification, documentation and tracking through to resolution, with clear reproduction steps and evidence
  • Work closely with developers to investigate issues and validate fixes
  • Work with the Head of Technology and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, flagging testing requirements and risks early
  • Provide clear test status, quality assessments and release recommendations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
