The role
As Test Analyst, you'll be responsible for the testing of software applications to make sure they work as intended through the creation and execution of predetermined test cases.
What you'll be doing
- Ensure testing is completed to a high standard and aligns with agreed test plans.
- Carry out functional testing across multiple banking software applications.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to understand requirements and support development.
- Review requirements and create effective test scenarios and scripts.
- Execute tests, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and report findings to the relevant teams.
- Maintain user documentation and operational procedures.
- Support the Test Manager with resource planning, testing frameworks, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and ways of working.

What we're looking for
- Testing experience on application and account management platforms
- Third-party working experience
- Planning and organization skills to manage your own work and prioritize your tasks
Please note - the position is office-based with a Hybrid Working policy with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.
