Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end test scenarios for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Validate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service workflows, including customer onboarding, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
- Test key platform components such as customer segments, email campaigns, marketing journeys, triggers, and lead management
- Perform detailed verification of Dynamics elements: Dataverse entities, Power Automate flows, Forms, Views, Business Process Flows, and Security Roles
- Document and manage defects using Azure DevOps or JIRA, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and improve quality
- Maintain comprehensive test cases, test data, and traceability for compliance and audit needs
- Validate system customizations, configuration changes, and integrations with downstream systems
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder sign-off processes

Requirements (Must Have Skills)
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong testing experience across core modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights Journeys
- Expertise in customer journey and marketing automation testing, including triggers and consent management
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, and Security Role validation
- Proven experience in Defect Management and Test Case Design using Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Solid understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams

Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domains
- Familiarity with campaign analytics validation and compliance-specific QA processes
- Exposure to test automation frameworks or scripting languages as a complement to manual QA
