Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading, Cardiff, Havant, or Perth
Salary: £50,964 - £60,899 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Fixed Term contract / Secondment - 8 months | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The Role
We're looking for a Test Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and success of our digital products and services. Working as part of a supportive, cross-functional Agile team, you'll help shape testing strategies, champion best practice, and enable the delivery of innovative solutions that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

You Will
- Deliver high-quality testing activities across your workstream, ensuring solutions are reliable, robust, and meet user needs.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business colleagues to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide test expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle, including planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Work closely with Delivery Leads to define testing approaches, environments, data requirements, and delivery plans.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance testing practices, processes, and quality standards.
- Support and mentor colleagues, role model best practice, and help foster a secure, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

You Have
- Ability to work in environments that are undergoing change, working in an iterative and adaptive manner
- Display a solid understanding of testing best practice and the development lifecycle with good experience of applying this knowledge
- Ability to adapt testing processes to optimise delivery of outcomes
- Experience of applying risk-based testing techniques
- Be competent in the use of multiple test management tools
- Ability to negotiate timelines and other delivery metrics across product lifecycle
- Have the ability to motivate and lead a team of testers and report accurately to management
- Shows a high level of planning aptitude
