Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our next-generation AI-driven public services. You will be responsible for designing and building automated test suites from the ground up, focusing heavily on validating AI models and machine learning pipelines. Fully Remote role but active SC Clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and scale robust automated testing frameworks for AI and machine learning applications.
  • Design and execute test plans that specifically target AI model performance, accuracy, edge cases, and potential biases.
  • Integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and product teams to define clear acceptance criteria for AI features.

  • Strong programming skills in Python with extensive experience using PyTest for test automation.
  • Proven track record in AI and Machine Learning testing, including validating model outputs and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with AI testing frameworks and evaluation libraries (e.g., Deepchecks, Giskard, Evidently AI, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes within an Agile environment.
