Help build the future of AI-enabled Quality Engineering.

We're exclusively supporting an innovative software business as they continue to invest in their engineering capability and modern software delivery practices.

We're looking for a Test Automation Engineer who is passionate about quality, automation, and continuous improvement, whilst embracing AI as part of modern software testing.

This is far more than writing automated tests.

You'll help define automation strategy, improve engineering quality, and introduce AI-assisted testing techniques that increase efficiency whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with Developers, Product teams, and QA colleagues to build scalable automation frameworks that become an integral part of the software delivery lifecycle.

You'll play a key role in embedding quality throughout Agile delivery whilst exploring how AI can enhance testing, automation, and defect detection.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
