This role is based in our Milton Park office, the expectation is at least 3 to 4 days per week in the office.
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.

You will be part of a rapidly expanding company with the ambition to be the world’s preferred mixed signal ASIC partner.
We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Test Development Engineer to join an exciting fabless semiconductor company. You will be reporting to the Director of Test Engineering.
You will perform test development for a range of full custom ASIC Products covering a range of market segments including wireless, automotive, medical and industrial applications. This position will be located in the Milton Park Office where the automated test equipment is located.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test solutions (test program, loadboard schematics, sockets and other hardware) on the Advantest v93k, Teradyne ETS and Ultraflex.
  • Define tasks and timelines needed to fulfill the test development process.
  • Define and develop test FMEA, test plan, test specification documentations.
  • Install test solutions (hardware and software) in the OSATs.
  • Manage test development partners for outsourced test development projects taking decisions on every milestone.
  • Support product engineering with yield issues that pertains to production tests and finds solutions to immediately restore production to the correct yield.

Your Key Skills and Experience

  • 1 years+ relevant experience
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in electronics engineering.
  • Some level of understanding of the principles behind analogue and digital test methodology is desirable. A digital/analog circuit design knowhow is a must.
  • Software programming knowhow (C, C++, Python or Java).
  • Willingness to learn on test development skills from a Senior Engineer.
