🔍 Test Engineer | Maidenhead | £35,000 - £40,000
We're working with a client at the forefront of R&D-driven electronics innovation, and they're on the hunt for a Test Engineer to join their growing technical team. If you love getting hands-on with cutting-edge hardware, solving complex faults, and shaping product quality from the ground up, this one's for you.
⚡ The Role
You'll play a key part in the testing, validation, and continuous improvement of electronic products, working closely with design engineers to catch issues early and drive quality at every stage of development.

- Carry out testing, validation, and fault-finding across a range of R&D projects
- Review electronic circuit designs and contribute to design improvements
- Read, analyse, and interpret circuit schematics and technical drawings
- Maintain and update product documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Support the transition of designs from prototype through to production
✅ What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in electronic test engineering or a similar hands-on hardware role
- Strong ability to interpret circuit schematics and technical documentation
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach to fault-finding and validation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation standards (desirable)
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for R&D and electronics
