We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to lead testing activities for a major application refactoring and migration programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on test professional with experience leading end-to-end testing within application migration, modernisation, transformation, or large-scale change programmes.

You will work closely with client teams, technical teams, and a wider programme team to define the testing approach, manage test delivery, and support the successful migration of key applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end test activities across an application refactoring and migration programme.
  • Define and implement effective test strategies, test approaches, and test plans.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of multiple test phases.
  • Work closely with client teams, developers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and programme teams.
  • Ensure appropriate test coverage for application changes, integrations, migration activities, and technical implementation.
  • Manage test schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate test preparation, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
  • Monitor testing progress and provide clear status updates to programme stakeholders.
  • Support test assurance and ensure testing activities meet agreed quality standards.
  • Identify testing risks and dependencies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the successful transition and migration of refactored applications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
