Key Responsibilities:

  • Review HLD/LLD and requirements to create test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
  • Lead SIT, Functional, Non-Functional, DR, and OAT testing.
  • Perform defect triage, RCA, retesting, and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Test complex routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WiFi, SD-WAN, Data Centre, Cloud, Security, Telephony, and Mobility environments.
  • Set up test environments and perform RFC 2544 performance testing.
  • Maintain ALM, traceability, defect management, and test reporting.
  • Mentor Test Engineers and support Test Managers with risks, status, and readiness.
  • Participate in HLD/LLD design reviews and customer-facing test discussions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years in Telecom/Network Infrastructure Testing.
  • Strong QA/test methodologies and test design experience.
  • Hands-on routers, switches, firewalls, and Cisco.
  • Strong defect management and RCA.
  • ALM, Excel, and Microsoft Office/Teams/SharePoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer communication.
  • ISTQB Foundation expected.
