Programme Test Lead - London (3 days per week in the office) - £650 to £700 outside IR35
Please note: This is a 9 month contract position. Candidates will be expected to commute into the London office 3 days per week.
La Fosse are partnering with a digital banking organisation currently progressing through a critical banking mobilisation programme. As they move through a fast-paced build phase, they are seeking an experienced Programme Test Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy, assurance framework, and quality governance across a SaaS-led banking platform. Whilst this role will be strategic, they are still seeking someone hands-on with testing and tooling.

Key Requirements
- Experience working within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
- Strong experience with mobile application testing.
- Experience with integration and API testing.
- Experience implementing or scaling AI-enabled testing approaches.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to working with Salesforce and MuleSoft (or equivalent middleware/integration platforms).
