Test Lead - Permanent - Up to £60,000 - Hybrid 2 days per week on-site

We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team and help deliver high-quality, reliable and audit-ready testing across technology, business change and operational initiatives.

Reporting to the Test Manager, you’ll lead testing activity across SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness, while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading testing within financial services or another regulated environment
  • Strong test planning, defect management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience testing complex technology and business transformation
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data validation and non-functional testing
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr or TestRail
  • Understanding of Agile/DevOps, automation, CI/CD and cloud technologies
  • ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent)
