Test Lead | SAP / Siemens Integration
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to take ownership of end-to-end testing across a complex SAP and Siemens integration programme. You will be responsible for defining and managing the overall test approach, coordinating internal teams, client stakeholders and third parties to ensure testing is delivered in line with the project plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall test strategy
- Develop test scenarios, user stories and test scripts
- Plan and manage test execution across the programme
- Manage defect identification, tracking and resolution
- Coordinate third-party suppliers and client resources during testing and defect rectification
- Produce clear test execution and progress reporting
- Manage test closure activities and final reporting
- Ensure all testing deliverables are completed in line with contractual and project requirements

Experience Required
- Ideally 10+ years' experience delivering complex testing programmes
- Strong background within SAP and Siemens integration environments
- Proven experience leading end-to-end testing across large-scale transformation or manufacturing programmes
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and client management skills
- Experience managing complex defect resolution across multiple technical teams
