Infytera Solutions is looking for an experienced Test Manager to work closely with the Project team & Client who has hands on testing experience to deliver an EPR system for our renowned client.

Experience and Skills required:
- Experience in Healthcare domain especially in Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
- Wide experience in test planning, schedule, metrics, stakeholder management, test & defect management, risk and issue management, and reporting.
- Extensive experience in using and promoting test and defect management tools e.g. Jira, functional and non-functional testing and test automation tooling.
- Experience in defining test strategy, test plan and approach, test entry/exit reports, Exec reports.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders e.g. Clinicians.
- Significant knowledge and practical experience (at least 8 years) on testing working across complex integrations i.e. Web applications, DB’s, Internal and External APIs, Third party systems etc.
- ISEB Foundation/Intermediate in Software Testing.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Functional, Integration, UAT and Regression testing activities throughout various phases of testing.
- Test progress reporting to Senior Management.
- Work with different stakeholders in creating test function i.e. test tooling, test environments, test resources etc.
- Excellent test management skills.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds and disciplines.

Working Model: Hybrid
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with potential extension to 1 year and beyond.
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
