🚀 We’re Hiring: Test Lead – Government Finance Programme
📍 London (Hybrid) | 🛡️ SC Clearance (Active or Eligible) | 💼 Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join a high-profile Government Finance programme, driving end-to-end testing across a complex, multi-system environment—including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, integrations, and backend data platforms.
🔍 What you’ll do:
- Lead and execute full test lifecycle (SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, OAT)
- Define test strategy, governance, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholders across business, tech, and suppliers
- Drive defect management, reporting, and programme-level insights
- Own Azure DevOps (ADO) test management, dashboards, and metrics
- Support testing across data-heavy, integrated finance systems
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Proven Test Lead/Test Manager experience on large-scale programmes
- Strong ADO test management & reporting expertise
- Experience in public sector / government / financial services environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance experience
- Exposure to D365 Finance & complex integrations (desirable)
