Lead Quality Across Business-Critical Change Programmes
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to take ownership of quality assurance and testing across a portfolio of technology and business change projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring solutions are delivered to the highest standards by embedding quality from the outset and driving robust testing practices throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, managing complex testing activities and influencing quality outcomes across a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks and quality standards across projects and programmes.
- Lead QA and testing activities across multiple workstreams and change initiatives.
- Develop project-specific test plans and ensure quality criteria are met throughout delivery.
- Coordinate test execution, defect management and issue resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre-go-live activities.
- Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
- Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools and methodologies.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence quality-focused decision making.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed standards.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QA and Test Management within software implementation projects.
- Strong experience delivering testing within both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Solid understanding of test planning, execution, defect management and quality assurance.
- Experience managing suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
- Strong knowledge of risk, issue and dependency management.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and modern testing practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence teams and drive quality within a matrix organisation.
- Hands-on experience with testing and quality management tools.

Desirable Experience
- Project or Programme Management experience.
- Experience working within large-scale business transformation programmes.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
