Job Title: Test Manager

Job Summary
Test manager is responsible for typical test management activities across digital applications and cloud-based solutions. Candidate must have relevant experience of 12 to 15 Years. The role focuses on defining and driving functional test strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery for ESG-related initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end test management for the ESG programme, covering planning, design, execution, and closure of testing activities.
- Define, implement, and maintain the functional test strategy for ESG-related digital applications and cloud engineering solutions.
- Coordinate and manage test cycles, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for ESG programme releases.
- Oversee creation and review of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with ESG programme requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor test progress, track defects, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with development, business, and operations teams.
- Manage test scope, schedules, and resources, ensuring alignment with overall ESG programme timelines and milestones.
- Establish and enforce quality engineering practices, standards, and metrics for functional testing within the ESG programme.
- Provide clear test status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and programme leadership.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and ESG subject matter experts to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and automation opportunities for ESG-related applications.
- Ensure test environments and test data are adequately prepared, maintained, and aligned with ESG programme needs.
- Support go-live readiness by validating test outcomes, sign-offs, and quality gates for ESG programme releases.

Other Capabilities
- Strong understanding of ESG concepts and ability to translate programme objectives into testable requirements.
- Proven experience in managing testing for complex, multi-stakeholder digital and cloud-based programmes.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and multiple vendors in a large programme environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present test status and risks clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality, reliability, and risk-based testing approaches.
- Adaptability to evolving ESG regulations, standards, and organisational priorities.

Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience as a Test Manager, preferably on large-scale or ESG-related programmes.
- Strong background in Quality Engineering – Functional Testing – Test Strategy (Functional).
- Hands-on experience in digital application testing and cloud engineering environments.
- Proficiency in test management tools, defect tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience defining and executing functional test strategies for complex enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies and their testing practices.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications in testing or quality engineering (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable.
