Test Manager
12 month FTC
£50k-70k
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a major business transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead testing activities across a complex ERP transformation, helping to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all testing activities across the programme, ensuring they are planned, resourced, executed and reported effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, refine and implement the testing strategy in collaboration with programme leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure ERP solutions are validated against business and operational requirements.
- Drive integration, end-to-end and business process testing across ERP and connected systems.
- Coordinate testing activities across business functions, operational teams and third-party providers.
- Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues, ensuring defects are prioritised, tracked and resolved.
- Identify, manage and communicate testing risks, issues and dependencies.

- Proven experience leading testing within large-scale ERP, technology or business transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of integration, system, user acceptance and end-to-end business process testing.
- Experience developing and implementing testing strategies.
