Test Manager - £850 to £900 inside - Edinburgh (2 days per week, expenses paid)
Please note: This is a contract role with expenses paid.
La Fosse has partnered with a consulting organisation supporting a UK Payroll transformation programme that requires an experienced Test Manager to take ownership of the testing function. The programme currently needs stronger leadership around test strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on bringing business and technology teams together.
We're looking for someone with proven experience delivering Payroll-related programmes, ideally within UK Payroll environments, who can confidently manage stakeholders, drive accountability and ensure testing is aligned to programme objectives. Experience with SAP and Tricentis/Tosca would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working on Payroll programmes, ideally with a UK Payroll solution.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale transformation or implementation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience defining, implementing and driving a test strategy across complex programmes.
- Able to provide strong test leadership and governance
- Experience working in SAP environments would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Tosca/Tricentis is desirable, although this is not a hands-on technical specialist role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
- Experience operating in environments where testing requires significant stakeholder alignment and change management.
