Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Release Management & Governance

  • Owned end-to-end Release Management governance: defined and enforced release readiness criteria, led Production Readiness Assessments, and held final sign-off authority on all sprint and product releases.
  • Designed and maintained executive-level release dashboards (via Jira) providing real-time visibility into QA KPIs, defect trends, test execution, and release health — directly informing senior stakeholder decisions.
  • Coordinated Go-To-Market activities, interfacing with Client Services to provide assurance on QA coverage and release strategy.
  • Implemented defect RCA protocols, feature toggle strategies, and hotfix processes to de-risk releases and maintain defect leakage below target thresholds.
  • Managed compliance sign-offs including TLS testing, CIS2, HPCA certificate renewals, ISO-9001 internal and external audits, and NHS digital standards adherence.

Stakeholder Partnership & Strategic Alignment

  • Partnered with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Compliance to align quality metrics, testing strategies, and delivery outcomes with enterprise goals.
  • Presented QA and release strategy at every ART planning event; facilitated working groups for automation tooling, API strategy, and process best practices.
  • Influenced and aligned cross-functional teams during Email and Jira cloud migrations, OIDC integrations, and major platform reskins — delivering with minimal disruption.
