Programme Test Manager – CRM Transformation – ERP - London (Remote) - £350 p/d (Outside IR35) – 6-month initial contract
We are seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to support a large scale CRM transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment for a high growing consulting client.
The programme comprises CRM, S/4HANA, AIS, MDM and Swiss legacy integrations, together with data migration, user onboarding, business readiness and deployment activities. The programme includes significant functional, integration, migration, regression, end to end and user acceptance testing requirements to support a successful go live.
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with the gravitas and leadership capability to operate across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams. The successful candidate will provide overall test leadership and governance across the programme, ensuring that testing activities are planned, managed and executed in accordance with the testing standards and quality gates. This role will work closely with programme leadership, project managers, business stakeholders, architects, development teams and third party suppliers to provide delivery assurance and reporting throughout the lifecycle.

Key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable Programme Test Management experience on complex transformation programmes
- Strong experience multi workstream testing activities
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E, Data Migration and NFT/OAT testing
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, ERP solutions and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capability
- Risk, issue, dependency and defect management experience
- Test governance, quality gates and release management experience
- Experience with large scale data migration and integration testing
- Experience working within highly regulated and audit focused environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches

Day Rate: 350 GBP per day Outside IR35
Duration: Initial 6 month contract
