Job Description
- Global Delivery: This is a worldwide delivery with experience already in other countries. Preference would be to have a Test Lead (TL) that has experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts.
- Test Strategy: Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Team Management: Experience managing onsite test teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts.
- Test Governance: Ability to drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively.
- User Acceptance Testing: Hands-on experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Modules: Experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Payroll Integration (if applicable), Performance & Goals.
- Integration Points: Understanding of integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems.
- Tools: Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray.
- Test Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of test case design, defect lifecycle, regression testing.
- Delivery Models: Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models used in enterprise SAP programs.
- Data Migration: Experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, or change request testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Work Under Pressure: Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment.
