Test Manager - £600 to £650 inside IR35 - Liverpool (4 days per week) - 6 months
Please note: This is a contract role which requires candidates to be able to travel to clients' sites when required.
La Fosse are seeking a Hands On Test Manager to support a critical business systems programme. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing test management responsibilities with hands-on testing activities, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and third-party vendors.

You'll take ownership of test execution across a specialist operational platform, acting as the bridge between the business, technology teams, and external suppliers to ensure quality throughout the project life cycle.
Key requirements:
- Strong background in test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Experience working with TBA products.
- Experience creating and maintaining test scripts and test documentation.
- Ability to work closely with business users and subject matter experts to understand complex operational processes.
- Experience supporting and coordinating UAT activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with business-critical integrated systems and third-party vendors.
- Comfortable operating in both a strategic test management capacity and a hands-on testing role.
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry.
