Test Manager / Test Lead for Finance Transformation Programmes
A global organisation is seeking an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to lead the testing strategy and delivery across large-scale finance transformation programmes within a cloud-based environment.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a delivery-focused testing professional with a strong background in finance systems, ERP transformation, cloud technologies, and end-to-end test management.
Contract Details
This will be an initial contract until the end of the year with the opportunity for extensions.
Work Arrangement
This position will be worked 100% remotely with the occasional visit to the client's head office in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing across finance transformation programmes.
- Define and deliver test strategies, plans, and execution.
- Manage SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Performance Testing.
- Coordinate testing across Finance, IT, business teams, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee defect management, test reporting, and quality assurance.
- Manage testing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Support successful ERP and cloud transformation deliveries.
Key Skills Required
- Proven Test Manager or Test Lead experience on Finance Transformation programmes.
- Experience testing ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of finance systems and business processes.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and finance operations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience managing testing across complex enterprise transformation programmes.
