UAT Manager for ServiceNow Implementation/Transformation Programme
We are looking for an experienced UAT Manager to lead user acceptance testing across a ServiceNow implementation/transformation programme. This is a hands-on management role owning the UAT lifecycle end to end, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and the ServiceNow platform team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full UAT strategy, planning and execution for ServiceNow modules/releases
- Define test scope, entry/exit criteria, schedules and acceptance criteria with business and delivery stakeholders
- Coordinate business users and testers, manage the day-to-day test cycle, and track progress against plan
- Manage defect triage, prioritisation and resolution alongside development and platform teams
- Provide clear reporting on test coverage, progress, risks and readiness for go-live
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered functionality on the ServiceNow platform

Essential Experience
- Proven track record managing UAT on enterprise programmes
- Must have experience with ServiceNow (ITSM and/or other modules)
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- Solid grasp of test management tools, defect management and reporting
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week London) and to travel internationally when required

Daily Rate
250 GBP
Desirable
- ServiceNow certification(s)
- Experience in a multi-country / multi-language delivery environment
Please note some travel to Spain is anticipated in early 2027. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
