The Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Team Supervisor. You will manage daily electrical testing operations. You will lead a skilled team of technicians. Your focus will be safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily testing workflows to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Mentor and schedule a team of electrical test technicians.
- Enforce strict electrical safety rules and workmanship standards.
- Oversee complex panel testing and primary/secondary injections.
- Troubleshoot technical failures alongside engineering teams.
- Review test booklets and quality documentation for accuracy.
- Track test cycle times and team production yields.
What We Look For
- Experience: 3+ years in electrical testing or switchgear assembly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of supervising technical teams.
- Skills: Expert ability to read complex electrical schematics.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of low and medium-voltage systems.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
